Magical moments in the Christmas city of Dortmund – Salasa's Theater of Magic, Magician Bagatelli & Woitschak's Kaspertheater

Dortmund's Christmas City is a place full of lights, scents, and above all: magic and entertainment! Until December 30th, several highlights invite you to enrich the festive season with magical experiences.

Salasa's Theater of Magic

At Hansaplatz, directly beneath the world's largest Christmas tree, "Salasa's Theater of Magic" awaits you until December 29th . The famous magician Salasas and his enchanting assistant Elfina present a spectacular magic show full of illusions and surprises daily at 4:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Thanks to the support of Dortmund, a city of Christmas, and generous sponsors, admission is free again this year.

Magician Bagatelli

Another magical highlight is magician Bagatelli, who will delight visitors to the Christmas town with his amazing tricks and unique style until December 30th .

Woitschak's Punch and Judy Show

The Christmas Town offers a special experience for younger visitors: Woitschak's Kasper Theater. In the historic house on the north side of Reinoldi Church, traditional puppet theater has been performed for seven generations – with original Hohnstein hand puppets!
Until December 30th, Kasper visits the Christmas town every day:

• During the week: Performances at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• Saturday and Sunday: additional performance at 11:00 am

The performances last about 20 minutes and take place whatever the weather. Admission is free – an ideal program for families!
